Having recently completed the presentation skills module of the NVQ 3 in Driving Instruction with AnyDriver (Scotland) Ltd I would wholeheartedly recommend the course to any driving instructor who is interested in advancing their career through education. The course facilitator Mr Raymond Baird has over twenty years experience in industry as a professional trainer and this was instantly apparent by the way he brought the course to life and settled the nerves of the less experienced instructors who were on the course. I personally found the course extremely enjoyable and educational thanks to Raymond’s endless enthusiasm and innate ability to see the best of any situation. As an experienced ORDIT and FLEET registered trainer already I was unsure as to whether the course would benefit me in any way, however, having undertaken the training I can honestly say that I am glad I did attend as I feel that it has enhanced my verbal communication skills and understanding of public speaking and presentaion.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the NVQ Level 3 in Driving Instruction. I thoroughly enjoyed the two days in presentation techniques. I feel this helps as a driving instructor due to the fact that you need to prepare your lessons and present a briefing or talk-through to the pupils. The course also helps to build your confidence in speaking to new people, again this what I do on a regular basis when I receive new pupils.The course was very beneficial in meeting other like minded driving instructors and gave me the opportunity to discuss driving experiences and training experiences with the group.I am looking forward to sitting my Diamond Advanced Driving Test and gaining the recognition of this Driving Test.I would also like to say that the course was well facilitated and the course tutor Raymond Baird was extremely well versed in the course topics.Thank you again Raymond

I recently attended the 2 day Presentation Skills course as part of the NVQ level 3 in Driving Instruction and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The small Class size gave it a more personal feel and I believe I got a lot out of it. I registered withe the DSA and started my ADI training in 2006, so I was relatively inexperienced compared to others on the course but not once was I felt to be inferior. It was great to be able to share skills and experiences with other ADIs who want to broaden their skills and knowledge in this competitive age. The presentation of the course was very professional and I’ve already booked my Diamond Advanced Test and I am looking forward to continuing with the remainder of the course. I wish to extend my thanks to Raymond Baird for facilitating the course and would recommend this course to all ADIs regardsless of experience.

A pleasant change to the terror of driving lessons. This is the way forward for us all on CPD, a good trainer, clear information and help when needed.

Having recently attended the 2 day Presentation Skills course as part of the NVQ level 3 in Driving Instruction, just a note to say how impressed i was with the content of the course to date and with your professional attitude.
With 20 years in the business it was a breath of fresh air to have interaction with like minded people other than brief conversations whist waiting for pupils out on test.
Was not to sure what to expect at the start but eagerly awaiting( with a little trepidation) to complete course and would recommend to any ADI considering taking part.
